Community Partnership Donations

The Community Partnership Program financially benefits 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. When I help a member or supporter buy or sell a home, I can donate an amount equal to 10% of my commission to their favorite organization. Average donations are over $1000 and every little bit helps, especially right now.
 
Get started: Just ask me for a Community Partnership Agreement form. It’s free, there’s no charge to sign up.
 
Establish a contact person: A contact person from the org verifies the 501(c)(3) status and signs the Agreement. The contact person is responsible for spreading the word about the program and contacting me when someone is interested.

Receive donations: When a transaction closes, Coldwell Banker Bain makes out a check to the organization and delivers it to me, I then deliver it to the organization. Non-profits promote this program to their staff, supporters, and members as they deem appropriate.
